Glenn joined Feedlot Services Australia Pty Ltd (trading as FSA Consulting) in January 2010 as a Project Engineer.

Glenn's work focuses on agricultural and agro-industrial related projects. This work includes research and development, chemical and process engineering projects, irrigation, water and waste water projects.

From 1999 to 2009 Glenn worked within the New Zealand Irrigation Industry with PGG Wrightson Ltd and Brown Brothers Engineers. His primary role was irrigation sales and design, surface and ground water pumping, system control and commissioning, surface and submersible pump fault diagnosis.

Glenn has worked for a Finnish Forestry Company, Jaakko Poyry on a range of pulp and papermill projects in South Africa and Australia. This included process engineering, system control design and plant commissioning. Projects in Australia included the Recycled Fibre Plant at ANM Albury and commissioning assistance at the Magnesium Bisulfite Mill operated by Kimberly Clarke at Tantanoola South Australia.

Glenn has also worked in the medium density fibre board industry in New Zealand managing projects on the energy recovery boilers, hot oil heaters, chip conveyor systems, cut to size saws and sander belt conditioning.

Glenn has worked in the phosphates chemical industry in England operating and proving a pilot plant process which purified phosphoric acid and assisting with process design for various phosphorus related processes including phosphorus storage, steam ejector system design and plant commissioning.
